Store Policies PayPal We accept PayPal on our site or we can send you a PayPal invoice. NOTE: We only ship to the shipping address provided by PayPal. Credit card We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards on this site, through PayPal on this site, by phone, fax and email. NOTE: If your order is $400.00 or more, we only accept credit card payment if we can verify with the credit card company that we will be shipping to the credit card billing address. American Express is usually the only credit card company that will do this for international credit cards. Since Discover, MasterCard or VISA credit card usually will not do this, Discover, MasterCard or VISA credit card payment may not be available for international shipment for orders of $400.00 or more. Money order, personal check, business check or cashiers check Please mail payment to: If you are sending a Money Order from the United States Postal Service, American Express, Travelers Express, Wal-Mart or Western Union - we will ship the product as soon as we receive payment. If you are sending a cashiers check, personal check, company check or a Money Order (other than from the United States Postal Service, American Express, Wal-Mart or Western Union), we will deposit the check and wait for it to clear our bank before we ship the product. If you are in a hurry - you can give us a telephone number for the financial institution on which the check is drawn. When we receive your check, we will call them and if they verify that the funds are available in the account to cover the check, we will ship the product that day. Bank Wire Transfer Bank Wire Transfer must include any outgoing fees charged by your financial institution in your payment. Shipping insurance All shipments are insured for loss or damage. Shipping in the United States Our normal shipping is by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail which is normally delivered in 2 to 3 business days (Saturday is a USPS business day). FedEx shipping in the United States using your FedEx account number If you are the authorized user of a FedEx account and you want shipment to the billing address on that FedEx account, we can have FedEx bill the actual charges directly to your FedEx account. Please call us at 760-534-5338 from 8am to Noon PST Monday through Friday with your FedEx account number and the FedEx service option (Priority Overnight or Standard Overnight) that you want us to use. We will have FedEx send you an email with the FedEx tracking information. FedEx shipping in the United States using our FedEx account number If you want FedEx shipping and do NOT have a FedEx account number We will have FedEx send you an email with the FedEx tracking information. FedEx service options International restricted countries Generally we will not ship to the following international countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Burma, Burundi, Congo, Cuba, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Romania, Rwanda, Seychelles, Slovenia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen. Shipping outside of the United States Our normal international shipping is by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International, which is normally delivered in 6 to 10 business days. Please understand that shipping times are approximates only and are not guaranteed and may be delayed as added security measures are added to the USPS shipping processes and by delays in your country's Customs Department. Import customs, duties, tariffs or taxes outside of the United States Most countries have import customs, duties, tariffs or taxes that they levy on goods entering their country. These charges are NOT part of the shipping charges. Normally these are collected by the delivery company and then remitted to your country's agencies. These amounts vary for each country and may be substantial. Any such costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer may want to research these amounts in advance of purchasing this item from us and having the item shipped by the United States by the US Postal Service. Cancellations If for any reason you want to cancel your purchase prior to shipment, call us as soon as possible at 760-534-5338 from 8am to Noon PST Monday through Friday. As long as we have not actually delivered the package to the shipper, we will simply cancel your order and we will issue a refund of the full purchase price including the shipping charges. If we have already delivered the package to the shipper, you can simply refuse the package when it is delivered to you. When we receive the refused package, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price (no refund of shipping charges). All refunds will be to the payment method originally used for payment. Returns We have an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee (no refund of shipping charges, 40% on open DVDs).
